KNOW THE TYPES OF INTERVIEWS

Skills interview

This is how skills are tested based on job requirements. The most common options are puzzle or behavioral tests, adapted to the field in which you will work.

Behavior-based interview

Approaching this type of interview will involve a series of questions on practical situations encountered in previous jobs or in everyday life. The purpose of asking these questions is to observe how you have acted in the past.

Panel interview

Similar to the classic interview, but with the presence of several people from the company, they will launch questions in "avalanche" to find out effectively if you meet the requirements of the job.

Group interview

It involves evaluation by comparison and depending on how you interact with the other participating candidates, how you stand out and what your skills and competencies are, the most suitable candidate will be determined.

The puzzle interview

Such an interview will be based on a series of questions unrelated to the position for which you applied or anything related and takes into account your ability to improvise and manage a situation for which you were not previously prepared.

Stress test interview

In some types of interviews, the interviewer may focus on a series of unpredictable questions so as to test how you answer or react. Thus, it is important to keep calm and show that you are the right candidate.

Specialized Questions - This will be the part of the interview in which you will be asked specific questions about the field in which you want to work;

Questions about the company - refer to the activity of the company, the industry it operates in, the organizational culture and the relevant objectives for the activity you will undertake;
