What will you do:
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborating with client leadership to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Business Opportunities: Identify new or extended opportunities with existing clients and supporting sales efforts.
- Recruitment Strategy: Developing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and achieving financial goals.
- Team Leadership: Overseeing team performance, delegating tasks, and coaching for professional development.
- Problem Solving: Addressing escalated issues and implementing proactive solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preffered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment delivery, ideally in a multi-client setting.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS.
- Exeptional verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Critical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in recruitment processes and market trends.
- Team leadership and motivational abilities.
