Job description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Participation in facility management projects
  • Daily contact with subcontractors. Ordering, checking and confirming their work. Reporting any discrepancies to his/her direct line manager
  • Managing small purchases for the facility, organising negotiations and preparing the relevant contracts
  • Managing the test track booking system
  • Training external and internal users in the regulations for the use of the test track
  • Organising and occasionally supervising works related to the maintenance of the building's condition and safety. Reporting any non-compliance to his/her line manager
  • Planning and coordinating periodic, regular maintenance
  • Assisting in the preparation and organisation of small events
  • Preparing and submitting up-to-date reports to management or authorities
  • Coordinate any necessary inspections by the Regulatory Authorities
  • Managing the guest registration and entry process
  • Documenting and forwarding observations during regular building and test track inspections to the responsible person
  • Management of pool cars; liaison with leasing company
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Technical training (preferred specialisations: Building management, construction, technical management, maintenance, plumbing, gas and heating installation)
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, e.g. in building management, property management, project management or maintenance
  • Precise, demanding work
  • Practical approach, good technical knowledge
  • Solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • User level knowledge of smartphones, mail systems, MS Office; SAP would be an advantage
  • Confident English or German as a foreign language
  • Fluent Hungarian in both written and spoken
