Head of Talent and Organisational Development,

You will be responsible for driving organizational growth through innovative talent management, cultural development, and transformational initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and as part of the people management team, you will be responsible for:
- Talent Strategy
- Design and implement comprehensive talent management strategies that support long-term organizational goals
- Develop and execute comprehensive workforce planning approaches
- Create robust talent acquisition, development, and retention programs
- Be the driver of building and maintaining strong employer brand that attracts top-tier talent
- Implement succession planning frameworks for key leadership positions
- Organizational Transformation
- Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify and address organizational development needs, gaps, and opportunities
- Assess and recommend structural improvements to optimize organizational performance
- Act as a liaison and advisor to leadership team, HR Business Partnereing team on change initiatives and facilitate initiatives across the organization.
- Develop and implement change management methodologies to support the transition to the agile WoW
- Learning and Development
- Establish a comprehensive learning and development ecosystem for different employee segments
- Drive the design and implementation of leadership development programs on various levels
- Leverage technology and innovative learning platforms to support continuous skill development and ability to track skills available in the organization.
- Employee Experience & Listening
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives
- Design employee engagement strategies
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative organizational culture
- Own and oversee the employee listening program
- Translate feedbackorg into actionable strategies that enhance employee experience and drive organizational success
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it is fair, consistent, and tied to business outcomes
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve performance management practices
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable and inclusive workplace
- Work with leaders to implement best practices that promote a diverse talent pipeline
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field or 10+ years relevant experience
Competencies:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in talent management and organizational developmen
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation initiatives in a complex corporate environment
- Strong understanding of emerging HR technologies and digital transformation strategies
- Advanced skills in change management and organizational design
- Experience in creating and managing a strong employer brand
- Fluent English

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, we work in the close-to-nature and innovative Yettel House, and during the summer, in our Garden Office.
