- Supporting the establishment of organizational structures for the new entity in Szeged
- Implementation of strategic personnel planning in coordination with management
- Performing labor-related tasks: drafting contracts, job descriptions and other HR documents related to the creation, amendment and termination of employment contracts
- Implementation and optimization of HR processes (e.g. onboarding, training, etc.)
- Professional support of employees and managers in all HR matters along the employee life cycle
- Point of contact to payroll and HR development as well as maintenance of monthly reports
- Coordinating and performing selection tasks during the recruitment processes
- Participation in HR projects
- Completed business degree with a focus on human resources or comparable training
- 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Innovative, creative and communicative HR personality with strong hands-on mentality
- Knowledge of local labor law
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factors advantageous
