Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver collections management services to SBO
  • Review AR ageing reports
  • Perform collection and dunning from the related system, determining appropriate escalations and follow-up actions as per the defined process
  • Manage dispute and claim processes, including qualifying, creating disputes identified by Ci2C, and resolving disputes under Ci2C responsibility
  • Contribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews, preparing KPI reports on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Build expert knowledge of scope activities, local entity knowledge, and serve as a super-user; coach junior analysts while proactively anticipating operational issues
  • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to eliminate redundant tasks and ensure smooth transitions

Background & Experience:
  • Graduate degree in accounting or finance (advantageous)
  • Experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash, Credit & Collection management
  • Hands-on experience with collections or receivables
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients; team player with good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and expertise in MS Excel and Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in Polish
  • Fluent in English
