Scrum master / Agile Project Manager,

You will have the following responsibilities:
- Facilitates and coordinates the transition between agile and waterfall methodologies for the organization and project teams, identifying the most suitable hybrid approach where necessary.
- Plans and manages the agile project scope, timeline, and budget
- Facilitates daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum events, ensuring that the team works in alignment with agile principles.
- Actively assists the team in identifying and removing workflow obstacles and supports the resolution of any resource procurement or other challenges.
- Continuously iterates based on sprint goals and priorities, ensuring that development cycles are short and productive, providing rapid feedback to both the team and the business side.
- Coordinates the work of multiple teams, with particular focus on development teams, to ensure the efficient allocation of resources, tasks, and capacities
- Establishes and maintains effective communication with stakeholders to keep them informed about project status, sprint progress, and any emerging issues
- Supports the development and continuous improvement of agile practices within teams and the organization by organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Tracks agile metrics (such as velocity, burndown chart, and sprint review) to ensure team performance and progress are clear to all key business stakeholders.
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience as a Project Manager is a plus
- Ability to take responsibility for the team
- Must be highly proactive
