WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities of the physical security service
- Coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities of receptionists
- Giving objectives to the employees and following them actively
- Co-ordinating shift leaders in the event of absence and absenteeism
- Checking and evaluating the work of the group. Giving them regular and objective feedback on demand or scheduled
- Day-to-day monitoring, supervision and management of security systems Managing and documenting the regular maintenance of these. Operating fire protection and life safety systems, carrying out fire safety duties
- Preparing daily, weekly reports according to the given requirements
- Carrying out visitor entry and exit tasks, including approval or denial. Checking and reworking photographs, done by the visitors
- Documenting the different offenses of visitors and applying penalties
- Approval or decline of vehicle entry/exit and traffic within the property, according to the policies
- Taking decisions on immediate registration and admission
- Responsible for the patrol cars’ condition and state. In case of non-conformity, informs fleet manager
- Active participation in preparation, organisation and transaction of internal events
- Execution of emergency and emergency protocols and decision-making in the absence of managers
- Performing duties related to the protection of company property and employees, and implementing the changes and upgrades in regards of better application
- Coordinating / participation of evacuation procedures and coordinating arriving / approaching Rescue / Ambulance / ANTI Terror Teams
- Applying immediate actions to ensure Site security in case of any threat and report according to policies
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- University Ba degree in in military, criminal justice, law enforcement or private security, or at least 5 years' experience in this field
- Ability to mediated in case of conflicts to ensure site security (anti aggressiveness measures)
- Ability to cope with stress
- Ability to decide quickly
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- User level knowledge of smartphones, mail systems, MS Office, user level knowledge of security systems (SIPass, SIPort, DesigoCC, Surveillance)
- Fluency in Hungarian and in English or German language
- Leadership experience is advantageous
- Loyalty to Rheinmetall Hungary, Rheinmetall Group and Staff
- Practical, solution-oriented, supportive approach
- Excellent communication skills and self-confident attitude
