WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Carrying out periodic and scheduled maintenance on combat vehicles arriving to the Service workshop
- Diagnosis and repair of defective combat vehicles in the Service workshop
- Preparation of materials and parts requisitions for maintenance and repairs
- Documenting repair work factually, generating and documenting fault reports
- Managing the fleet of combat vehicles in the IT system set up for this purpose
- Participation in training courses and professional courses
- Testing of assemblies, sub-assemblies and systems on the basis of documentation
- Troubleshooting in case of failures during testing
- Ensuring compliance with the 5S method in the work area
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Mechanical or automotive mechanic, mechatronics or automotive mechanic, agricultural mechanic or heavy machinery mechanic qualification is a must
- Forklift operator licence and experience an advantage
- Crane operator licence and experience an advantage
- Vehicle air conditioning technician (F-gas) experience is an advantage
- Experience of fitting and reparing modern agricultural or heavy machinery
- Experience as a forklift driver and bridge crane operator
- User level computer skills
- Knowledge of computer diagnostic systems an advantage
- Minimum of a category B driver's license and driving experience
- Willingness to travel internationally
