Slovak & Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:


  • Providing support to colleagues and customers
  • Handling incoming issues and answering questions
  • Collaborating with colleagues within the team
  • Forwarding unresolved questions that require further information to the appropriate person
  • Delivering an excellent customer service experience
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business processes

Requirements:


  • Secondary education
  • Advanced level Slovak and Czech language skills
  • Intermediate level of English
  • User-level knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
