Top Employers Hungary: These Are the 10 Best Employers in Hungary Based on Employee Reviews

Munkahelyeink.hu, the international career platform, has published the ranking of the most popular employers. The Top Employers Hungary list is currently the only independent ranking based solely on employee evaluations. This year’s top list is led by Coloplast Hungary, Yettel Hungary, and Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary.

Munkahelyeink.hu has created the Top Employers Hungary list for the fourth time this year, which ranks Hungary's most popular workplaces based solely on the opinions of former and current employees. The goal of the list is to provide reliable information to employees for selecting workplaces, as well as to offer valuable feedback to employers regarding the effectiveness of their employer branding efforts.

The ranking uses a transparent and reliable methodology based on genuine employee feedback. The total score is composed of 70% from the general satisfaction rating, while 30% is derived from evaluations in five key criteria: compensation and benefits, development opportunities, work-life balance, management, and corporate culture and values. Only companies with at least 30 employee reviews on the platform are eligible to be included in the list. For the most recent Top Employers Hungary list, evaluations received between October 31, 2024, and November 16, 2024, were used.

The official list, expanded with additional companies, is available online. The full ranking, which includes a total of 50 companies, will be published in the Munkahelyeink.hu online catalog in early.
