WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Day to day administrative and organizational support of the
management board, e.g. preparation of documents,
presentations - Administrative Support of Directors in terms of
organizational aspects (15%) - Travel management, organization and accounting of
business trips of the Board - Looking after visitors as well as organizing, preparing,
coordination and following up on meetings - Representative back up of the Rheinmetall Hungary Board
- Primary point of contact between internal-external
stakeholders wanting access or time to C-Board - Independent preparation and execution of Hungarian and
English correspondence with internal and external interfaces - Calendar management of the Board
- Internal approvals´ management
- Preparation of official letters
- Monthly meeting attendance and organization of Monthly
Management Meeting, action item list update - Representative and office staff ordering
- Agenda preparation for visitor events
- Handling sensitive and confidential information
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Completed high-level training or university degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or
comparable education - Professional experience: management assistance, business
management, accounting and general financial knowledge,
document management, marketing and PR knowledge - Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Language skills: fluent English written and spoken, German
