Data Scientist Expert (fixed-term),

You will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop data driven, data intensive automated solutions for various business issues (i.e. predictive models, affinity models, recommendation engines), especially to increase efficiency of commercial activities
- Cooperate with other business functions, translate business goals into analytical tasks and identify data driven use cases proactively
- Participate in value driven technological and architectural improvement of analytical environment
- Participate and provide consultancy in BI and data related business projects
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- Has BSc or MSc degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or Social Science
- Has 3+ years of relevant work XP
- Has expert level knowledge about following tools: python, SQL, self-service reporting tools, Diagrams & data models, AWS components (Redshift, Sagemaker)
- Has a good understanding of the data used, available data sources and data modeling
- Can effectively summarize and transfer complex analytical results
- Can deliver analysis and modeling projects without supervision
- Has basic understanding of database modeling
- Can lead initiatives, improve processes, data products and learn new skills with minimal supervision
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) both in English and Hungarian
- Solution-oriented, critical thinking with growth mindset
- Energetic, proactive person with flexibility, initiatives and passion for business
It is an advantage if you have:
- experience working with telecom companies
- experience in data driven commercial activities (e.g. value managment)
