Digital Products Director
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Development of digital products strategy (for B2C, B2B and B2B2C) with specific focus on insurance products, MCommerce (services, payment solutions, digital wallet), IoT/M2M and Cloud services
- Development and execution of digital products related roadmap and activities
- Development of operational model of the department
- Representation of department in decision making, regular target-setting and forecasting (revenue, margin, customer base, cost elements), roadmap development
- Researches related to digital product development by own resource or by the support of other organizational units
- Lifecycle management of digital products
- Development of KPI monitoring system related to and operation of regular reporting
- People management related tasks related to the employees of the Digital Products Department: coaching, professional guidance, definition of development plans
- Development of activities which enable the company to reach digital products related KPIs
- Partner management and partner development related to digital products
Required skills and knowledge:
- University degree (economics and/or technical)
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Advanced English and Hungarian both in written and verbal
- Advanced communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- High level of accountability
- Strategic and innovative thinking
- Advanced time management skills and ability to work under high pressure
- Proactivity, multitasking skills
- Customer and solution oriented mindset
