WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Record keeping and data entry of the export-import books (intrastat report and other reports)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Draft HUN state required reports and also prepare presentations/proposals about certain subjects
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Middle school education with specialized Vocational trainings
- Advanced skills of handling and organizing records of goods
- Advanced skills of using government’s administrative tools (E-Papír, Cégkapu, KSH, ÁNYK etc)
- Advanced skills of handling excel database
- User level knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- B1 English language knowledge (reading emails and documents with English text)
