Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt., a member of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for an experienced HSE Coordinator for its new factory in Várpalota.
- Ensuring, monitoring and continuously improving legal compliance
- Full, independent performance of all safety activities
- Liaising with environmental and fire protection service providers, professional control
- Management and development of an occupational safety system
- Preparation of statistics, management system documentation
- Active support for development and investment processes
- Liaison with public authorities (HSE)
- Liaison with other disciplines
- General supervision and control of the factory's activities and workers
- Regular HSE inspections, record keeping
- Self-initiation of corrective measures
- Developing and improving educational themes on HSE, delivering training sessions
- Other duties required by the immediate superior
- High level education in occupational safety and health (educated specialist or occupational safety engineer)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing company in the field of HSE
- Deep knowledge of occupational safety standards
- Knowledge and active use of professional English (at least occupational safety)
- Advantage on qualification side: qualification as a fire safety chief inspector, environmental engineering qualification, ISO 14001 internal auditor qualification, ISO 45001 internal auditor qualification, lifting equipment administrator qualification, valid fire safety qualification (1., 2.), explosion protection technical manager qualification
- Advantage on the work experience side, ADR, KIR-MEBIR deployment and development, min. 5 years of experience in fire protection, min. 5 years experience in environmental protection, chemical industry experience
- SAP would be an advantage
