You will have the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate organizational surveys and diagnostics (e.g. Employee Engagement Survey), analyze results and channel the insights to the relevant parts of the organization.
- Support the achievement of our ESG goals via implementation of DEI-related programs, activities.
- Take part in designing concepts and programs regarding organizational development in line with the business need, and roll-out these programs with visible impact on the wider organization
- Create and maintain the corporate development portfolio and learning propositions, including the measurement of the processes and programs’ effectiveness
- Support self-development of employees via preparing learning paths and manage the pool of e-learning platform licences.
- Prepare leaders to define development needs which serve the delivery of their strategy and enable them to realize their teams’ potential
- Take part in designing, organizing and occasionally facilitating internal trainings to develop the employees and leaders
- Come up with ideas to enhance the employee experience, participate in related ad-hoc projects (e.g. Recognition, Employee Assistance Program)
- Take part in the corporate culture-related processes and activities
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- Min. 3-5 years of experience gained in HR, with special focus on Learning & Development and Organizational Development
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
- Teamwork
- Result orientation, advanced problem solver
- University degree in Economics/Psychology
- Fluent English language knowledge

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, we work in the close-to-nature and innovative Yettel House, and during the summer, in our Garden Office.
