Adecco Hungary is seeking a Senior-level Outsourcing Manager to drive the growth and development of our outsourcing business line. What will you do:
As the Outsourcing Manager, you will take full ownership of the growth and development of our outsourcing division. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new clients, crafting tailored outsourcing solutions, and leading contract negotiations. You will be expected to:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets, budgets, and expand the customer base in outsourcing services
- Conduct meetings with key clients, establishing long-term relationships and seeking new client acquisition opportunities
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Outsourcing to monitor projects and achieve KPIs
- Identify new opportunities for outsourcing partnerships across a variety of sectors.
- Lead client engagements from prospecting through to contract finalization, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design customized outsourcing solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends to anticipate shifts and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of managerial experience in the outsourcing industry (sales, HR services, marketing, production, logistics, industrial sectors)
- At least 2 years of experience in managing HR services/FMCG/Retail/Pharma companies or very similar industry
- Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and hunter sales attitude
- Category B driver's license and willingness to travel for business
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or outsourcing
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to craft and execute a business growth plan
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A track record of acquiring and managing high-profile clients
