Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver collections management services to SBO
- Review AR ageing reports
- Perform collection and dunning from the related system, determining appropriate escalations and follow-up actions as per the defined process
- Manage dispute and claim processes, including qualifying, creating disputes identified by Ci2C, and resolving disputes under Ci2C responsibility
- Contribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews, preparing KPI reports on a weekly/monthly basis
- Build expert knowledge of scope activities, local entity knowledge, and serve as a super-user; coach junior analysts while proactively anticipating operational issues
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to eliminate redundant tasks and ensure smooth transitions
Background & Experience:
- Graduate degree in accounting or finance (advantageous)
- Experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash, Credit & Collection management
- Hands-on experience with collections or receivables
- Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients; team player with good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and expertise in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
