Main responbilities:
- Product management of existing and newly developed products, technical and administrative tasks of product development and of digital tools such as Illustration system and E-change.
- New product design and development / redesign of existing products within the product plan incl. preparation of supporting documentation for product approvals in line with Product development process.
- Coordinate and lead products’ / product initiatives’ implementation until their launch incl. preparation and approval of related documents:
- Pre-contractual and Contractual documentation (Terms & conditions, application form and Illustration)
- Sales and marketing materials
- Products texts on web page
- Drafting training materials on products
- Product trainings for head office colleagues
- Support in the development of the company's digital tools such as Illustration system and E- change, product setup in those systems and testing
- Monitoring market trends, analyses of the competition and competitive products. Work closely with the Sales teams to support the product strategy, meeting customers’ needs and our business objectives.
- Cooperate with the other functions (e.g., Operations, IT) to deliver a strong proposition aligned with the long-term products strategy:
- Preparation of IT specifications
- Checking IT implementation of products and quotation/illustration tools
- Conciliation and continuous contact with Underwriting and Claim on product issues.
- Ownership of product terms and conditions: writing, and internal approval management
- Contribution to Sales and Marketing materials
- Providing information to web site amendments
- Drafting training materials on products
- Product trainings for head office colleagues
- Administrative tasks regarding product development
About you:
- Min. 5 years experience in the insurance field
- Excelent knowledge of insurance development process, Life and A&H insurance products and market.
- Fluent English knowledge
- University degree
- Ability to lead projects and teams
- Distribution and Client service focus
- PC skills MS Office
- Confidence in managing internal relationships effectively Self-reliance
- Analytical skills, structured thinking
- Proactive and inovative approach
