WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt, part of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for a well-experienced Production leader to our operations team, being located in Várpalota, Hungary. The main tasks and responsibilities of our new employee will be the following:
- Ensures the management and efficient operation of the workshop under his/her responsibility
- Fully observes and complies with the rules on safety measures
- Ensures efficient planning, organisation and use of available resources
- Knowledge of the technological processes, machinery and equipment entrusted to him/her
- Ensures efficient operation of machinery and equipment, reduces sources of loss
- Follows up KPIs related to production and ensures their achievement
- Tracks the production related processes in SAP
- Provides the right quantity and quality of product produced to the required deadlines
- Strong cooperation with Head of Production as his/her supervisor, as well as with managers of other workshops, shift leaders and representatives of other departments
- Organises the operations of the workshop under his/her responsibility in accordance with 5S criteria
- Active participation in preparation of system and customer audits
- Complies with and adheres to legal requirements and company rules and regulations
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- BSc./MSc. Degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, electrical)
- Minimum of 7 years experience in productions including 3 years as team leader / work shop leader
- High level of English skills both verbal and in writing
- Very good knowledge of SAP, especially the PP module
- High level user of MS Office programs
