WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Involvement in series, pre-series, and prototype construction projects
- Project-related management of the employees in the Planning and Control department
- Responsibility for quality, costs, and deadlines as well as risk management in the Operations department
- Supervision of the time and quantity structure in quotation and order discussions
- Planning the set-up of production processes
- Scheduling of relevant milestones
- Preparation of project status reports, proposals for action, and risk reports
- Regular coordination of work packages in the Operations sub-project team
- Evaluate project performance against deliverables and act accordingly
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or comparable field of study
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the desired field of activity
- Distinct technical and economic understanding
- Initial experience with MS-Project and SAP would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Hungarian is a prerequisite
- Certification as a project manager is advantageous
- Independent and self-reliant way of working
- Strong organizational and team skills
- Strong decision making skill
- Willingness to travel on business
