Regulatory Affairs Senior Consultant,

As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Consultant, you will support the regulatory team in researching and analyzing regulatory issues related to the company's business, particularly those involving technical content and radio spectrum management. You will assist in monitoring regulatory developments at the domestic and EU levels and help ensure the company’s compliance with relevant regulations.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Research and analysis related to regulatory issues with technical content
- Handling all radio spectrum-related regulatory issues of the company
- Monitoring domestic and EU level policy developments in all technical areas relevant for the company’s business
- Support to Legal in regulatory issues especially of NMHH’s enquiries, requests, supervisions, etc. with technical content
- Supporting the execution of internal regulatory compliance or business projects
- Coordination with internal stakeholders in identifying and prioritizing regulatory issues and in developing company positions and supporting arguments (technology related issues)
- Drafting of company positions on public policy and regulatory issues, responses to consultation processes, authority requests, assistance in external communication materials, internal briefings for the management, etc.
- Participating in the development of stakeholder management and advocacy strategy in support of business strategy
- Supporting and executing stakeholder outreach activities esp. alliance building and expert level cooperation
- Supporting wholesale negotiations, tenders related to both mobile and fixed infrastructure
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- University or college degree in engineering, law, or economics
- Preferably experience related to fixed networks: e.g. wholesale agreements, RIO, RUO, fixed regulation, etc. ,
- Advanced English knowledge
- MS Office Knowledge
- Exceptional communicational abilities with authority and ministerial clerks
- Preferably several decades of professional experience in domestic telecom business and regulation
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in Hungarian and preferably also in English
- Demonstrated teamwork skills, project management and problem solving abilities
- Ability to handle heavy workload effectively and efficiently
