WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Central reporting function between the business and the shareholder
- Support of the management in operational and strategic topics
- Preparation, set-up and follow-up of meetings
- Preparation, tracking, and submission of documentation to the shareholder
- Responsibility for the creation and update of relevant reports
- Strengthen business relationship with the shareholder by frequent personal and online meetings
- Participation in the monthly, quaterly, yearly reporting process
- Monitoring and coordinating the flow of data and information between the authorities and the company
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Bsc University degree, successfully completed legal and/or business management studies
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in a relevant position
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
- Very good knowledge English, written and spoken
- Willingness to travel on business trips
- Confident appearance towards our internal and external stakeholders
