Social Media & Influencer Manager,

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and a passion for connecting brands with customers. That passion comes through as you engage with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning social media users into followers. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, oversee multiple social media platforms, create engaging content, manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics and stay up-to-date with industry trends to drive brand awareness and growth. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying and engaging with influencers and content creators, developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, managing influencer campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing data to optimize results. The Social Media & Influencer Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Participation in the work of the Digital Content and Social Media team in all social media, digital content related tasks
- Coordinate content delivery E2E to SM channels, meeting channel specific criteria and KPIs
- Campaign and message adaptation, coordinate the agency teams, processes
- Align with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand appearence, meeting business goals
- Create content thematics, set up content plan for social and digital campaigns
- Manage the influencer and creator pool, act as the first point of contact, manage contracting/administration
- Coordinate influencers and creators from briefing until reporting
- Ensure that creator contents are on brief, on brand, delivered on time
- Ensure company/brand policies and guidelines’ are represented in the content
- Analyze campaign results, create campaign reports with key learnings for optimization
- Optimize plans according to analytics reports and all other feedbacks in order to increase performance
- Any other ad hoc task as required
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- 5+ years in a similar role – wide knowledge of the Hungarian influencer/creator market
- Deep understanding of the digital scene, digital content, social channels and consumption trends
- Copywriting skills are a big plus
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Excellent project and people management skills,
- Creative and open minded
- Able to meet KPIs
- Great team-player
- Willingness to learn and achieve goals
