WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Supplier onboarding according to Rh AG and BUTAC directive and processes
- Requesting the mandatory documents from the supplier (Certificates, NDA, SCoC)
- Getting the documents signed from suppliers
- Supplier onboarding in the Ivalua system
- Due date control of mandatory documents
- Supplier setup and release in SAP 4 Hana
- Supplier assessment in EcoVadis IQ+
- Invitation of suppliers and rating in EcoVadis
- Monthly ESG reporting to SRM BUTAC
- Harmonization of processes and tools according to the BU TAC organization
- Introducing new guidelines to the RHHU organization
- Providing the data required for the reports and key figures to Central Purchasing
- Validating the database
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies or high school degree with 3+ years of experience in Procurement or other fields of Supply Chain
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Very good communication skills both in English and Hungarian
- Proactiveness
- Team Player
- Ability to handle conflicts and work under pressure
